The 4th grade class has worked hard to create calendars to sell to raise money for field trips, snacks, class parties, etc. Calendars are $12.00 and each picture was drawn by a student in the 4th grade class. These calendars will be available on Wednesday, Dec. 13 from 3:30 to 4:30 (before the Winter Concert) or you can buy one from any of the 4th grade students or Mrs. Taylor. Thank you for your support of the 4th grade class and Deer Park School.
The Winter Concert is THIS WEDNESDAY, December 13th starting at 4:30pm. Please plan on arriving at Deer Park by 4:00pm, and the dress code for performing students is ALL BLACK. If you have any questions please see Mr. Bruce! See you all Wednesday!!

There will be an admission cost for the 5/6 tournament this week. Adults are per game you attend $5 and student/seniors are $3. There is also an option to purchase a tournament pass that will get you into all games and venues during the 5/6 tournament. Adults are $12 each and student/senior are $6. These will be sold at each game and are CASH ONLY at both venues. We hope to see you tonight and GO PANTHERS

Hello Families, boys and girls in grades 2-4 are invited to join Basketball Fundamentals Open Gym on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00 PM. Please bring your own basketball as we begin practicing the fundamentals: beginner ball handling and beginner shooting. As the kids progress we might be able to work in some scrimmage time too. Basketball Fundamentals Open Gyms starts on December 6th at 6:30PM. Be sure to bring your own ball if you have one. See you there!
The tournament season has begun! The boys 5/6 team will play their first game on Monday 12/4 @ 2:00pm here at Deer Park. The 7/8 tournament will begin on Thursday 12/7. Check this post or the "Sports Schedule" in the documents section of our website for the brackets! Have an amazing weekend, and remember that spirit week begins on Monday with P.J Day!
Crash Zone and Basketball--Families, if your child has permission to attend basketball games after school make sure you fill out a permission slip (see link) and give it to the Crash Zone staff. Also, students who do go to games MUST check in with Crash Zone first if they plan to attend Crash Zone following the games so our staff knows to look/wait for them.
